Jonathan + Jordan {Married}

Jonathan & Jordan were married on a beautiful summer day at the American Village in Montevallo, AL.  They are as sweet & romantic as they appear - Jonathan kept whispering things to Jordan while we took photos, making her smile & blush - so of course we got some great shots of them!  Here are just a few of our favorites!

Britt + Sara :: Fearless Bridal

Have you ever heard of a letterbox?  Letterboxes are hidden all over the country & if you follow the clues you can find them and leave a quarter to show you found the box!  For Britt & Sara, letterboxing played a big part in their dating life & an even bigger part in their proposal.  Britt made his own letterbox especially for Sara but it had more than a quarter inside... once she found the box, inside was her gorgeous engagement ring and a proposal soon followed!  

They wanted to do their vintage Fearless Bridal session where it all started.  Britt reenacted that day for me when we came to the tree where their box was hidden at Tannehill State park.  (It was still there, along with 4 quarters!) The whole time we were shooting they had me laughing as they sang & danced around together.  At first Britt appears to be the silly one but Sara matches his wit perfectly - they really are made for eachother!

Jason & Jennifer Engagement

Jason & Jennifer were a great couple to work with for their engagement session.  I met them at Jason's mom's home & just LOVED everything around us ready to be photographed!  The rain did catch us just a bit at the end of our session but they were troopers & we managed to get to every spot they wanted.  We are looking forward to their wedding in September!!

Brett & Molly are Married!

On May 12, 2012 Brett & Molly had a beautiful wedding at Alabaster First Baptist Church & a fun reception at the Cates House.  DJ Jeff from Jamm Entertainment kept the guests on their feet dancing the night away! We also had the pleasure of working with SunDolphin Productions again.  Congrats to the happy couple & thanks for choosing us to work with you on such a great day, it was a pleasure!

Jonathan & Jordan Engagement

It rained all day long but just before we were scheduled to meet, the skies cleared & Jonathan & Jordan met me down at Morris Avenue for their engagement session.  They are such a sweet couple & we can't wait to photograph their wedding next month in June!

Clint & Carla are Married!

Clint & Carla had a beautiful ceremony at Reid Chapel at Samford University.  A rain forecast threatened to ruin the whole day but it didn't arrive until the beginning of their reception, a blessing indeed!  Their fun reception was at The Club downtown & featured a live band and delicious food for their guests.  We were honored to work with so many wonderful vendors for this day, Anita with AK Brides (who did a great job making sure the whole day was perfect!), both Ronnie & Van from Cam Video, flowers by Hothouse Design Studio, lighting at The Club by Design Productions, bride's cake by Dreamcakes and transportation by Executive Shuttle & Rare Transportation.

Dustin & Abbey Engagement

I met Dustin & Abbey at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens for their Esession and despite the crowds of prom kids & the wedding going on too, we still had a great time & managed to get some great photos!  Here are a few of my favorites...

Cameron & Ashley are Married!

Cameron & Ashley had a very intimate wedding ceremony in the prayer chapel of VHUMC in Vestavia Hills, AL with only their families in attendance.  As newlyweds they headed over to the Tutwiler Hotel to enjoy a reception dinner with their friends & families.  We were honored to be a part of such a special day for them & hope they have a very happy marriage!
